Tooniverse

The Tooniverse Championship is designed for the more serious toons in Toonopolis Fighting World (yes, there are a few of them). While it is the highest tier championship that is commissioned, that doesn’t necessarily make the champion the best toon in the league. There are no special stipulations. In accounting for winners, roleplays account for 100% while fight instructions count for 0%.
